Data export
A success message now appears when the data export – for example, the payroll export – has been completed; it is also possible to navigate directly to the data directory.
By clicking on the term ‘Datenverzeichnis’.
Monthly reports
Monthly report PDFs can now be sent directly to selected staff members. You can find this function under My Team/Print monthly reports.
Please note that the attached PDFs are unprotected and therefore the content is not entirely secure.
Expenses
The legibility of scanned receipts in the expense reporting module has been improved. Approved expenses are now highlighted with a green underline in the app.

Single Sign-On (Simplified login)
Google Workspace SSO now also supports multiple domains within the same organisation.
Approval Process
Managers who have left the organisation are now automatically removed from the approval process. They are marked as inactive managers within the department.
Annual Report
When printing the annual report, the target hours are now displayed both with and without public holidays.
Further improvements and bug fixes have also been implemented.
