For comments added to individual shifts, there is a ‘Private Comment’ function. This allows messages to be hidden from other team members.
New features under ‘My Team’
When printing the monthly report under ‘My Team’, you now have the option to download the individual reports as a ZIP file. This allows you to process them individually afterwards.
There is now also a tab for rejected applications within the application approvals section.
Monthly approvals can now also be processed more quickly. There are new selection options – point 1 – to speed up the approval process for larger teams or multiple departments.
It is now also possible for all staff members to click directly on point 2 in the monthly overview. The same applies to the annual overview.
Further reports are now also available in decimal views.
Under Settings -> Basic Settings, you can now choose whether the monthly report and monthly overview should be displayed using decimal numbers.
This is disabled by default.
Carry-over to the next year
We would like to point out that you can already carry over the balances to the next year if you wish to plan your holiday entitlement for the new year. You can find instructions on how to do this on our support portal via the link below.
