Monthly report
Under "My team / Print monthly report", the monthly reports can now be printed without project bookings, which makes it easier to keep track of working hours.
This applies to employees who record their working time and project time separately.
Evaluation "Detail per recording type"
The desired recording types can now be selected in the evaluation.
Timer for project entries
If the timer is used to record working time and project time separately, the system asks whether the project time should also be stopped when the working time ends.
Logo and signature in the project evaluation
The logo and signatures can now also be printed in the first project evaluation.
Restrict the recording of expenses
Expense groups can now be created which allow you to restrict the use of expense entry types. You can therefore restrict the use of expense entry types for individual employees, individual departments, a group of projects or a group of cost centres.
Approval of expenses
When the expense recording is completed at the end of the month, the approval request can now also be sent via the mobile app.
Time recording on tablet
When recording team time on the tablet, employees can now also query the balances.
Invoice templates for invoicing
Instead of a logo, a background can also be added to the invoice templates to create a customised letter template.
Shift evaluation
The shifts can be re-evaluated in shift planning. The number of shifts and number of hours per entry type are analysed.
Planning absences in shift planning
If absences for part time people are planned as double bookings in shift planning, they can now also be booked pro rata. The target time is used for this, in exactly the same way as it is used in period recording. Only the hours are booked without from/to information. The setting is made in the shift template.
Project and resource planning
In addition to shift planning and order planning, there is now also resource planning for projects. The project budgets and employee days are planned there on a monthly basis. If you are interested in this topic, you are welcome to contact us.
