Time recording with rounding
The previous rounding options for from/to times have been supplemented by the rounding option for recorded hours. This is set in the time recording model for each recording type and is generally only useful for working times. The rounding can be made to 5 or 15 minutes.
Checking breaks or general rules at the closing of the day
Breaks can now be checked at the closing of the day. This means that instead of a possible correction overnight, the employee is asked to adjust their hours so that the required break length is fulfilled. This is particularly possible with manual time recording.
This is also an advantage if the hours are distributed to projects at the same time, so that the total hours are allocated to the projects.
In addition to the break check, other rules can also be stored, such as checking the maximum hours per absence.
Recording deputies of the line manager
The registration of deputies can be restricted to line managers without employees. The setting is made in the basic settings.
Changing approval requests
If the line manager has the right to change the employee's hours, he can also change the recording type in the approval request. E.g. replace the holiday by a compensation day.
Monthly approval
Monthly approval can now also take place in two steps. In addition to the direct manager, the superior manager can also approve the month. This setting is made in the department for time recording and expenses. The precondition is that the higher-level organisational unit has been entered.
Extension of rights for controllers
Not only a manager can be defined in the department, but also a controller. They also have access to the records of a department, but without approval rights. A controller is, for example, the superior line manager.
Additional rights can now be added for the controller as part of an permission group. This is an extension of the information for the superior line manager or for persons supporting the head of department.
The following options can be added:
- Display of the monthly approval (without approval possibility)
- Display of the ‘Employee control’ menu (without change possibility)
- Possibility to change the recorded hours
General rules with information e-mail
If an e-mail is sent by ClickTime based on rules in the time recording model, e.g. ‘reaching a number of overtime hours’, additional fields such as name, department etc. can now also be sent in the e-mail.
Evaluation ‘Cum. Hours per entry type
If several recording types are analysed, a total can be added to the analysis.
Expense entry types with project specification
In the expense entry type, you can define whether the expenses must be optionally or mandatorily supplemented with a project.
Shift planning
A telephone number can be stored in the employee master data, which is displayed for the planner during shift planning. This can be useful for quickly organising temporary staff at short notice in the case of absent employees.
Rules in shift planning
Rules can now also be stored for shifts which take effect either before the start of the shift or after the end of the shift. For example, recorded times can be booked as ‘outside working hours’ if they start before the shift.
Printing appointment information in shift planning
Appointment information can now be printed with either the weekly or monthly schedule.
