Sorting the quick entries
When you create personalised quick entries, these are displayed in the order in which they were created. However, they can now also be sorted alphabetically. Of course, you can also add numbering to the name, which will then be sorted as required.
The sorting is set in the personal profile.
Health management
We have developed a new health management option.
This can be used to monitor employee absences by sending the line manager a monthly report detailing the number and length of absences. This helps line managers to take preventive action by seeking dialogue with employees in good time and discussing the necessary measures.
The company's individual limits can be defined for the review. The process can also be set up in several stages.

Period recording with time specification
When recording periods, you can now also record from/to times or specify the hours. This means that, for example, in the case of partial inability to work, the proportion of sick leave per day can be easily recorded for several days.
In addition, entries can also be made at weekends, on public holidays or on days without a target time. This is particularly useful for special cases.
Expense report per project and entry type
The expense report can now also be analysed per project and entry type.
PNG and JPG formats can now also be uploaded when recording expenses.
Project entry with comment function
If comments are stored in the project master data, these are now displayed when recording hours. This means that, for example, notes on the recording or validity of the project can be stored and displayed during recording. This is activated in the basic project settings.
Display departments with ID
Departments can now also be displayed with an ID, which can be added in the department. This makes sense, for example, when working with department numbers or abbreviations.
This display is activated in the basic settings.
Checking the entry
If the ‘Close day’ option is used, rules can now also be stored which trigger a check when the day is closed.
This can be, for example, compliance with breaks or the maximum number of hours of absences.
